ALICJA TRUMAN

Bio: Alicja graduated from Keele in 2015 and worked on Acute Wards for four years, then moved on secondment to Infection Prevention and Control Team before starting the Patient Safety Facilitator post in 2021. Alicja completed the Connecting with People Suicide Mitigation Trainer programme around the same time and has delivered regular training sessions since.
Bio: Liz is a freelance trainer of Mental health First Aid and Suicide First Aid. Liz has worked in the field of Mental Health for the last 35 years - within a wide range of settings - and with a range of service users. Liz is passionate about suicide prevention and education.
RACHEL WOOLISCROFT
Community Engagement Coordinator

FIONA MOORE
Continuous Improvement Co-production lead,
Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
Bio: Rachel has worked within Combined for over 27 years. She has enjoyed many roles including Senior Support Time and Recovery Worker, Specialist Carer’s Assessor, and more.
Currently, her community engagement coordinator involves a range of community developments and engagements. At the heart of her work is valuing the importance of coproduction and working in collaboration with all sectors. She currently co-chairs the Health Inequality work within the Trust and this truly reflects how co-production and working in partnership can develop future services.
In addition, she is very proud of the Community Led Support Programme within Stoke and continues to ensure access to support, advice and information are accessible within community lounges throughout the city.
Bio: Fiona has worked for the NHS for 32 years in a variety of roles; from trainee medical secretary back in 1990 to her current role as Continuous Improvement Co-Production Lead.
She is passionate about working in equal partnership with people who use our services and their carers in all areas of service design, development and delivery.
Her role within the Continuous Quality Improvement Team involves working with Integrated Care System partners to embed a consistent approach to co-production within the quality improvement and to support the Community Mental Health Transformation in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
DR SARAH LUNT
Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Personality Disorder Intervention Lead (CASTT)
North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust
Bio:
Dr Lunt has worked in the NHS and private sector for 24 years and holds expertise in risk assessment and treatment in clinical practice and as an Expert Witness for the Court. Dr Lunt clinically leads the delivery of evidence-based intensive psychological treatments targeting the prevention of suicidality and distress in people living with Personality Disorders or Complex Emotional Needs in the community.
Dr Lunt has been involved in the delivery and leadership of Personality Disorder interventions in inpatient and outpatient settings for over 18 years - she also teaches nationally on the application of these approaches.
IAN SABERTON
Operations Manager- Primary Care Mental Health Integration (South Staffs)

Bio: Ian is a mental health nurse by background Ian has worked in community teams, primary care services, lifestyles and preventative public health.
In his current role as Operational Manager for Primary Care, Mental Health Integration, Ian works with Primary Care Networks in South Staffordshire to develop the new primary care mental health offer.
CRAIG SPILLANE

DR GEMMA ANDREW
Consultant Psychiatrist, CASTT
North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust
Bio: Craig decided to set up the Men Unite Facebook group in 2019. After previous personal struggles with addiction and spending time in prison Craig wanted men to talk about any issues they were facing and help advise other men who were struggling with anything & everything mental health related.
He’s passionate about lowering the harrowing statistics and breaking the stigma surrounding men and their mental health and well-being.
Today the Men Unite group has over 15000 members worldwide and a team of over 30 volunteers - all with ‘ lived experience’ on hand 24 hours a day seven days a week.
Men Unites' moto is simple and powerful;

Bio: Dr Andrew studied at Keele University, trained locally in North Staffordshire and has also spent some time working as a locum in Gloucestershire, Derbyshire and Merseyside.
Dr Andrew recently took on a consultant psychiatrist post in the CAST Team in Combined Healthcare, working with complex patients with personality disorders.
Dr Andrew is also studying for an MSc in Personality Disorder at UCLan.
ELAINE BISHOP

Wellbeing Hub
Elaine has worked in the NHS for 40 years, I qualified as a registered mental
health nurse in 1985. Elaine has worked predominately in adult community settings as a clinician and within leadership roles.
Elaine is currently semi-retired and working as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner for the Staff Psychological Wellbeing Hub.
The hub provides psychological wellbeing support for all health, social care and other staff groups across the integrated care system.
