Sue's background is a little different, starting out in the Travel & Tourism industry before joining the NHS, qualifying as a Registered Nurse in 1995, and then into commissioning. Moving away from commissioning Sue moved into a National NHSE team with a focus on Quality Improvement science.

Today, as a Director of my own Company, Sue is delighted to be working with colleagues across numerous NHS footprints to enable them to fulfil their own potential, as well as working within the National NHSE team.

Catherine is an independent coach, facilitator and trainer who works with individuals, teams and organisations to help them achieve their potential through leadership development, quality improvement and change management.

With over 25 years experience of working in the NHS, Catherine brings a wealth of real-life experience and practical tools to her work.

Gill is a Senior Mental Health Practitioner at the Staff Psychological Wellbeing Hub.

Gill has spent 38 years working as a nurse in mental health within the NHS and is still passionate about it today as the day she started.

Nicki is an organisational development practitioner and HR professional - who has enjoyed careers in both the public and private sectors.

Nicki has worked with the Staff Psychological Wellbeing Hub for just over one year and leads on development and facilitation of the Hub's workshops and peer support groups.
