This breakout session will focus on effective communication and will be a highly interactive workshop to include all participants, celebrating success and achievements. Deliverers will share practical hints and tips that participants can take away and use immediately.

By the end of the workshop you will have:

• A greater understanding of how celebrating achievements can propel individuals and teams into future success
  
• Learnt how to use their voice to engage, persuade and enthuse themselves and others
